For years
I wanted to get rid of lumps of fat on my legs and stomach. I reached my
forties and struggled with a thyroid disease which makes losing weight almost
impossible. I researched plastic surgery and considered it for years,
even going so far as to consult with a surgeon. But the idea of the
procedures terrified me. So instead I dieted and exercised
